Tambien leí el otro día tu comentario al respecto y estoy de acuerdo en que tienes toda la razón, pero que hacemos, ¿le pegamos?. Si no hay voluntad de hacer las cosas bien , pues no la hay.

En esta noticia, se menciona que Resident Evil 5 lleva vendidas 5.000.000 de copias (y no me extraña ), más las que incrementen en ventas de PC, más el próximo proyecto del montaje del director para PS3 el próximo año con el artilugio ese de movimiento. Vaya exitazo, y ahí se demuestra que todo trabajo bién hecho tiene su recompensa.

Jun Takeuchi, director de Resident Evil 5, ha hablado sobre el desarrollo de Resident Evil 5: Alternative Edition, la revisión del título para incorporar controles por movimiento cuando se lance el nuevo mando de PlayStation 3.

"Las características que hemos añadido se planearon al principio del desarrollo de Resident Evil 5", ha afirmado a la revista japonesa Famitsu. Y es que, reconoce Takeuchi, algunos de los añadidos y nuevos contenidos fueron contemplados "y pensamos que sería una mejor experiencia" de juego. Así, por ejemplo, "cuando salió Resident Evil 5, mucha gente dijo que quería jugar como Jill."

Por eso se incorporará en esta revisión del juego un episodio adicional centrado en Jill Valentine y Chris Redfield infiltrándose en la mansión de Ozwell E. Spencer, el fundador de Umbrella, y que posiblemente se lance también en Xbox 360 en forma de contenido desargable.

Estos eventos tienen lugar tres años antes de los hechos de Resident Evil 5, pero su integración en el juego se hará a través de un acceso directo desde el menú del mismo, de manera similar a los episodios extra que ya vimos en Resident Evil 4. "El nuevo contenido empieza con ambos personajes llegando a la entrada de la mansión de Spencer y creo que muchas de esas cosas serán increíblemente familiares para los aficionados al primer juego." Este contenido, estima, aporta unas dos horas de juego adicional.

El mando de control por movimiento de PlayStation 3 se lanzará, si todo va según está planeado, en primavera de 2010 en todo el mundo, y esta versión del juego permitirá jugarlo tanto de manera completamente tradicional como con el control por movimiento, aprovechando su función de puntero con un sistema de control similar al de Resident Evil 4 en Wii.

No se ha señalado si estos nuevos contenidos se lanzarán también como contenido descargable en PlayStation 3.

Hasta que no vea super-oficialmente que ese 'contenido descargable' de Chris y Jill en la mansión de Spencer existe realmente, y que se podrá descargar por 360, no me ilusionaré.

 

Y, si por mala suerte, ese contenido sólo esta disponible para PS3, me conformaré con verlo por Youtube.

es super-oficial. no se si habrás visto los videos del TGS donde lo presentaron. lo que no se yo es si saldrá como descargable para xbox, lo cual es casi casi seguro.

The article covers what platforms it'll be released on, how it'll be released, and what this new scenario is. Some of the more interesting parts of the article are listed below. Be warned, there might be spoilers for those who haven't played Resident Evil 5 yet:

• The new mission takes place in
  Spencer
  's hidden mansion, 3 years before the events of Resident Evil 5. You see flashbacks to this mission in Resident Evil 5, and now you're actually playing as Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine.
• This side-story takes place two horrors, and has more of a survival horror focus. It was originally meant to be released with Resident Evil 5, but they removed it because they felt it did not fit in with the flow of the game.
• The new mission is a separate mode that can be accessed from the game's title screen, like
  Separate Ways
  was in the Resident Evil 4 re-releases. It can be played with two players both online and off.
• The new scenario is
  too
  large for a digital release, so it'll only be available in Resident Evil 5 Alterate Edition. Alternate Edition will include all the DLC to date, this new scenario, and support for the upcoming PlayStation motion control device.
• Xbox 360 owners can apparently look forward to the content "in a different form". Whether or not it is meant to be DLC is unknown.

Tons of information there! The new scenario looks great, especially for those who want a more survival-horror flavor. Too bad it isn't being released as DLC on the PlayStation 3 though, as now people will have to re-purchase the game to play it. Topics: Announcements

RE: Afterlife officially announced - Chris Redfield cast 6:34 PM - Tyrannicalsaurus Rex - 0 Comments We already knew the upcoming Resident Evil: Afterlife movie was in development, but Sony's Screem Gems division has officially announced the production, dropping a few plot details:

Actress Milla Jovovich returns as the zombie-fighting heroine Alice. Ali Larter and Spencer Locke will reprise their roles from Resident Evil: Extinction as Claire Redfield and K-Mart, respectively. New to the film franchise is leading man Wentworth Miller, who has signed on as Chris Redfield – Claire's brother and a popular character from the game series.

 

Shawn Roberts will take over the role of Alice's nemesis Wesker. Boris Kodjoe and Kim Coates have also been cast.

Que chula la figura de Chris con la ropa de los S.T.A.R.S, si hasta trae la camisa del principio del Resident Evil 5.

 

Una pena que se me vayan de presupuesto, porque si costaran la mitad de lo que valen, minimo tendria ya una en mi poder.
